Siam Venue Collection Event Planner

Plan Your Event
Inside the Real Venue

Move from maximum-capacity claims to a practical event layout. Choose a real venue, define what your event actually needs, evaluate possible configurations and build an approved floor plan before visualising the event in the space.

From Brief to Visualisation

A floor plan connected to the venue, not just a drawing.

1

Choose a real venue

Start with a venue and event space from Siam Venue Collection. The planning workflow is tied to the actual room rather than a generic blank canvas.

2

Define the event

Enter guest count, event type, tables, stage, dance floor, production, food and beverage, circulation and other practical requirements.

3

Generate & validate the layout

Use available room dimensions, floorplans, boundaries and approved inventory to evaluate configurations and identify spatial conflicts before the setup is approved.

4

Visualise the result

Where supported, an approved floor plan can become the basis for a visual event mockup using the real venue imagery, event style, colours and corporate identity.

Real Venue Data

Real venues. Real room data.

Examples connecting immersive 360INT venue experiences with room specifications. Published capacities and dimensions do not by themselves establish that a calibrated, inventory-backed floor plan is ready for generation.

Why capacity alone is not enough

A ballroom advertised for 300 guests may not suit a 300-person event once a stage, LED wall, dance floor, buffet stations, bars, technical production and service circulation are added. Siam Venue Collection is designed to evaluate the event against the space rather than treating maximum capacity as the answer.

Where venue data is available, the planner can work with actual dimensions, floorplans, boundaries and approved inventory. This creates a more useful starting point for conversations between organisers, venues and event teams.

Event Visualisation

Don’t imagine the room. See your event in it.

Once a floor plan has been approved, the same planning data can support the next step: creating a visual representation of the setup in the actual venue. Existing room imagery can be used as the visual base while the approved layout, event concept, logo, colours and styling guide the event mockup.

This connects venue discovery, event floor planning and event visualisation in one workflow. The goal is not to replace final production drawings or venue approval, but to make the proposed event easier to understand before physical setup begins.

Plan weddings, conferences, MICE and corporate events

Wedding layouts

Evaluate banquet seating, ceremony requirements, dance floor, stage, dining and guest circulation inside the selected venue.

Conference layouts

Plan theatre, classroom or banquet-style configurations together with production, stage, screens and delegate movement.

Corporate events & launches

Combine seating, presentation zones, branding, entertainment, catering and production requirements in the event brief.

Gala dinners & celebrations

Balance table count, service access, entertainment, dance floor, bars and buffet areas against the real event space.

Planning Questions

Event Floor Planning, Explained

Answers to the practical questions that arise when planning an event inside an actual hotel ballroom, conference room or outdoor venue.

What is an AI event floor planner?

An AI-assisted event planner helps translate a brief into proposed room configurations. The layout must still respect actual room geometry, circulation, furniture dimensions and venue-approved inventory. AI suggestions are not a substitute for spatial validation.

How many guests can fit in a ballroom?

The answer depends on seating style and everything else placed in the room. A published theatre capacity may be very different from a banquet layout with a stage, LED wall, dance floor, buffet stations and service aisles.

Can I create a wedding seating plan for 200 guests?

Start with the selected venue and a 200-guest brief. Define table type and seating count, dance floor, ceremony or stage requirements and catering needs. A validated result is possible only where calibrated room geometry and usable inventory are available.

Does the planner use real room dimensions?

Where documented, Siam Venue Collection records room length, width, area and height. Generating a dependable layout additionally requires a calibrated floor plan, usable boundaries, obstacles, entrances and appropriately dimensioned furniture.

Why can a venue show Plan This Space but not generate a layout?

Some rooms have published dimensions but incomplete floorplan calibration or inventory. Such spaces should be treated as data available for discovery, not as a completed planning kit. The system must not invent missing doors, columns or furniture.

Can the planner arrange conference seating and a stage?

Supported layouts can consider theatre, classroom, banquet or other seating formats alongside a stage, screens, technical production and circulation. Final arrangements depend on available space, venue inventory and safety requirements.

What is the difference between Explore in 3D and View in 3D?

Explore in 3D opens a wider venue tour. View in 3D opens an exact captured viewpoint for a specific room or facility where that position has been linked to the listing.

Can I visualise the event using my company's logo and colours?

Where event visualisation is supported, an approved floor plan and real venue imagery can guide a branded mockup with your colours, logo and styling. It is a design preview, not a construction or rigging specification.

Can I plan a multi-room conference schedule?

An event programme can connect plenary sessions, foyer breaks, breakout rooms, restaurants and guest accommodation. Where exact 3D positions are available, schedule stops can link to the corresponding captured location.

Does a generated layout confirm availability or booking?

No. A layout demonstrates a proposed spatial arrangement. Room availability, commercial terms, setup permissions and final booking require confirmation from the participating venue.
